The Stanbic IBTC Group has opened its 2025 Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program to Nigerians. This program is designed to strengthen our team and ensure long-term growth by nurturing young, talented individuals, providing them with the training and support they need to become the skilled professionals who will lead us into the future and work with Stanbic IBTC.
Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program Requirements
- Must be an HND graduate with Upper Credit or a Degree graduate with a Second Class Upper.
- Must have five Credits including Mathematics and English in their SSCE examination.
- Must possess an NYSC Completion Certificate or a Discharge Certificate.
- Must not be more than 26 years of age.
