The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) has opened the 2025/2026 scholarship application. It is available for all interested and qualified Nigerians. They can study in the United Kingdom (UK), France, Germany, Malaysia, and Nigeria.
The scholarships are offered for MSc and PhD Programmes form the countries and Couses below:
- Fully funded MSc scholarships are available for studies in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Malaysia.
- Fully funded PhD scholarships are offered in Germany, France, and Malaysia.
- Fully funded PhD scholarships for the United Kingdom will now be awarded exclusively through a Split-Site Programme at the PTDF College of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Kaduna (CPESK), in partnership with three UK universities:
- Robert Gordon University
- University of Strathclyde
- University of Portsmouth

- Having at least 5 credited Including Mathematics and English in not morethan 2 setting Examination
- Having least first Class, Second class upper and second class lower
- Must Completed Mandatory NYSC certificate
- Be computer literate
- Having NIN
- Statements of purpose maximum 500 words
- For PhD your research proposal been relevant to the oil and gas industry
