Call for Applications: MTN Global Graduate Programme

MTN Nigeria is recruiting for the Global Graduate Programme. We invite all graduates who have an interest in joining the MTN family.

MTN’s Global Graduate Development Programme aims to source, develop, and accelerate top graduates from across MTN’s footprint in Africa and the Middle East. The programme offers a unique experience that fast-tracks talented individuals into critical roles at MTN.

MTN Global Graduate Programme Requirements:

• Must have graduated no earlier than 2022 with a minimum grade of HND Upper Credit or Second Class Upper Division (2:1).
• Must have obtained a valid certificate upon completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) by September 2024.
• Must speak and write English fluently.
• A valid international passport is required.
