The MTN academy in partnership with Duke Corporate Education has open MTN’s Global Graduate Development Programme to develop and accelerate top graduates
This program blended learning activities like social media platform connectivity, various digital and media outlets, and immersive metaphoric experiences. Locally, graduates working for MTN’s operating firms will receive on-the-job training through job rotation. This will involve mentorship and coaching, as well as a variety of interactions with the executive committees and in-role experience.
Requirements for MTN Global Graduate Development Programme for Africans
- Candidates with minimum age 20-26
- Candidates with degree must have minimum upper credit and minimum upper credit with HND
- Must good in English communication
