The British Council, in partnership with the GREAT Britain Campaign and the University of Kent, is offering seven scholarships of £10,000 to students from China, France, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, and Turkey. These scholarships are for one-year postgraduate program courses based at the University of Kent’s UK campuses.

Requirements for the GREAT Scholarship

Be a citizen and resident of one of the selected countries (China, France, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, or Turkey) and qualify as an international student for tuition fees.
Have a conditional offer for a full-time, one-year master’s program at a UK campus and accept it by April 25, 2025.
Start your course in September 2025.
Have work experience or a strong passion for your chosen field.
Be enthusiastic about fully engaging in university life—attending lectures, joining activities, and embracing the UK education experience.
Be open to building connections with the UK, both academically and personally.
Represent the GREAT Scholarship program by sharing your experience and inspiring others.
Join a networking event with fellow GREAT scholars to exchange ideas and reflect on your time in the UK.
