Apply Barau Jibrin Load to get Up to 5 Million

The Barau Initiative for Agricultural Revolution in Northwest, Nigeria (BIARN), under the Sen. Barau Jibrin Foundation, a non-profit organization, in partnership with the Bank of Agriculture, has opened access to loans of up to 5 million Naira. This initiative aims to support 558 young and mid-career farmers by providing them with the necessary support, funding, and expert guidance at every stage in Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara.
BIARN Loan Requirements
To be eligible for the Barau Jibrin Loan, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Nigerian citizen from Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, or Zamfara.
- Be at least 20 years old.
- Possess farmland of at least 1 to 5 hectares.
- Have completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) and possess a discharge certificate.

- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Educational Certificates
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Letter (if applicable)
- Local Government Indigene Certificate
- Valid Means of Identification (National ID)
- A signed undertaking letter.
